Ceramic Pro 9H Now Available at Dorn’s

You work hard to keep your car in showroom condition. You wash, you wax, you pull out the clay bar for the really tough spots, but what if you didn’t have to do any of that? What if you never needed to wax your car again and it still looked like it like it just rolled out of the showroom? Do I have your attention?

What is Ceramic Pro 9H?

Ceramic Pro 9H is an ultrahard clear coat glass layer that can be applied to virtually any surface. Aluminum, chrome, plastics, carbon fiber, and steel can all be protected by Ceramic Pro.

The H in 9H stands for the hardness level of the surface after the product is applied. Most clearcoats have a hardness level of 2H-4H, bumping it up to 9H means it will be very had to scratch or damage.

What are the benefits of Ceramic Pro 9H?

This is where all of the hard work you used to do goes away. In addition to protecting your car from scratches, Ceramic Pro will also protect your vehicle from sun damage, road grime, and rust. Here is a quick rundown of all the benefits:

  • Protects from UV damage, wind, and weather
  • Never requires waxing
  • Can be cleaned with a mild soap like dish soap
  • Keeps your car showroom shined
  • Can be applied to any surface
  • Lifetime warranty with the Gold package

How is Ceramic Pro Applied?

Ceramic Pro can only be applied by a certified installer like Dorn’s. If your buddy down the street tells you he can do it in his driveway, run.

The first step in the application process is to clean the surface. The technicians at Dorn’s will clean your vehicle and touch up any imperfections in the current paint surface before the first coating is applied. Your buddy down the street cannot bring back a factory paint job in his driveway. Once your car is back to its factory shine, the application is applied by hand with a microfiber applicator, then your vehicle will be put under a specialized heat lamp to cure between the additional layers of Ceramic Pro 9H.

Dorn’s uses a separate building, away from any dust and debris, to make sure the coating on your vehicle stays perfect as it cures. The curing process takes 10-14 days, but because the coating hardens from the inside out outside in, your car will be ready to come home in 1-2 days.

What Type of Maintenance is Required?

Ceramic Pro 9H is virtually maintenance free. If your car gets dirty, you can just rinse it off. If there are tough spots, a mild dish detergent will remove any grime. There is no waxing and no need to mess with clay bars. If you don’t want to get the hose out you can have Dorn’s do a basic wash at minimal cost, which is also a great opportunity to have a vacuuming too.

Annual inspections are required for the warranty, but when you maintain that warranty any problems are covered. Just schedule an appointment with Dorn’s and they will go over the coating on the car to make sure it is still in tip-top shape.

What Packages Are Available?

There are three packages available at Dorn’s for you to consider – Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

The Gold package is the most comprehensive and comes with a lifetime warranty that is even noted by CARFAXⓇ. If you would ever like to sell your car, the warranty will go with it. The Gold package includes four complete coatings of Ceramic Pro and one extra layer on the hood and front bumper of the car. After all of the applications of 9H are complete, a layer of Ceramic Pro Light will be added as a top coat.

Your wheels will also be coated with Ceramic Pro provide a high gloss effect, make the surface easy to clean, protect wheels from brake dust and save time and money. A coating of the Rain coating by Ceramic Pro will be used on your windshield and front side windows to help rain (and bird poop) roll right off.

The Silver package is the next option and comes with one layer of Ceramic Pro 9H and a five-year warranty. Your wheels and windshield are also coated with this package, as well as getting one layer of Ceramic Pro Light as a top coat.

The Bronze package offers one coating of Ceramic Pro Light to all areas of your car. The full exterior, the windshield and the wheels will all have a coating of Light applied to them. This package comes with a two-year warranty and will protect your paint from light scratches.
